As a woman in leadership, Bron Williams has: led a school run a Salvation Army church and welfare centre worked with asylum seekers on Nauru Over the past 16 years, she has: shattered family and cultural expectations around what a woman should do, challenged societal norms around what ageing looks like, and reformed and reshaped her career not once but twice. She has discovered that it takes courage to: let go of long-held beliefs that hold us back. lead from behind when leadership is not recognised. set up and run businesses in new ways.
