Gill was born in Ireland and is one of 8 brothers and sisters and the entire family is dedicated to caring for others. From a brother in Iraq to sisters dedicating their time to the elderly and the young, one could assume that empathy, passion, care, and compassion are the cloth that stitched this large Irish family together.
Gill recognizes that working with people is a gift that is not cut out for everyone but for her, it is her dedication and career purpose.
