Faye and Lauren Browne a mother-daughter duo, the owners and designers of Motto Fashions. There is 1 driving force behind everything they do – and it’s to help you feel confident, gorgeous, and sparkle from the inside out, Faye While working as a buyer for one of Australia’s most successful retail fashion chains, Faye met her husband John. After several years of working together, Faye and John decided to follow their passion and start their own fashion brand. The rest is history! Her love of mentoring staff both professionally and personally means that the Motto family really is one of a kind. Empowering women to chase their dreams extends to both employees and customers, with a big vision for fostering confident females. When she’s not at work, Faye loves to socialise. She holds meditation groups from her home once a week and immerses herself in learning new and exciting things. As an artist, Faye both paints and is an avid art exhibition attendee. Lauren Lauren previously worked for a high end fashion agency, where she was able to travel the globe hunting out the newest trends, before joining the family business in 2007. She quickly developed and implemented a digital strategy and launched the Motto Online Store at a time when ‘shopping online’ was not yet a household phrase. Lauren was a finalist in the highly regarded Ausmumpreneur Awards which recognized her achievements and success in e-commerce growth during and post the COVID pandemic. Together, Lauren and Faye head the entire design division, and Lauren also oversees all e-commerce and marketing related strategies. When she's not at work, Lauren loves spending time at home with her young family, and always has a million DIY jobs and renovation tasks that keep her busy.
