Watch 2022! When we put the call out for Wb40’s Top 10 Women To Watch 2022,
we were thrilled to see so many incredible women being nominated,
either by others, or self-nominating!

We knew there was a huge gap in business magazines acknowledging women 40, 50, 60 and beyond who are changing the world, both in business and in their communities. So many amazing women who were flying under the radar, or simply not getting the accolades they so deserved.

Within the pages of this magazine are the Top 10 Women to Watch, chosen from over 150 nominees, who are all incredible and all of them deserving. So this was no easy task and we are grateful to the brilliant women who chose our top 10. It is so refreshing to see ten diverse women, all doing great things, and all who are inspiring other women through the work they do.

As Wb40 In Business evolves, we will continue to introduce you to more women who are shaking the tree, and changing the way we think of women who are over the age of 40.

Our Top 10 Women all walk different paths – a doctor, a tech guru, an innovator, advocates, influencers, business owners, and podcasters. We are enormously proud to introduce you to these Ten fierce and fabulous women who have made a huge impact in the worlds they live in, and beyond, proving that age will not hold them back.
